Our Policies

Purchases
All orders are subject to availability. Listing an item on the website does NOT guarantee its availability. All items are sold on a first come, first served basis. After the order form is completed and submitted, we will respond within 2 business days to confirm availability and price. We make every effort to keep the website current regarding both inventory and price, however both are subject to change at anytime, prior to confirmation from Kaller Historical Documents, Inc.

Authenticity
Kaller Historical Documents, Inc. guarantees the authenticity of any item we sell.

Payment
Payment must be made by check or money order in US dollars to Kaller Historical Documents, Inc., by wire transfer, or via paypal. Items will only be released for shipment after payment has cleared.

Shipping
All items shipped are properly and securely packaged to assure the safety and integrity of the items. Prices do not include shipping. Please specify on the online order form whether you would like to use your own Federal Express or Express Mail account number. If you list the number on our online order form, under "notes", we will not charge you for shipping and packing.

Returns
Kaller Historical Documents, Inc. has a 3-day “No Questions Asked” return policy. Any item purchased from Kaller may be shipped back to us within 3 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping charges), provided that:
a) the items are in original condition, as we sent them to you
b) we must be notified by e-mail the day they are sent, with the airway bill # for tracking
c) the items must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receipt by US Postal Service Express Mail
(Items returned by shipping companies other than the US Postal Service will not receive a refund.)
d) the items must be insured for the full value (your cost) of the item(s).

Privacy Policy
All information collected through our online order form is strictly confidential and is not shared with any third party. However, if you are paying via Paypal, you are submitting the data to a third party.

Mailing List
Kaller Historical Documents, Inc. periodically sends updates on new items for sale and information pertinent to the acquisition and preservation of historical artifacts. You can register to receive these updates.
You may discontinue receiving these updates at any time by sending us an e-mail, listing “remove from list” in the subject line.
